Laughing is good for the body and the spirit.
Yet, as we age, we do it less and less.
Perhaps laughing 300 times a day isn't realistic anymore, but laughing more often is possible! Our inner child longs to laugh and play--and laughing reduces stress and helps us see a more positive outlook.
We could create a goal of upping our laugh quota. That wouldn't be bad, per se. However, maybe instead of doing anything this week, we just laugh. Just because.
